My understanding of health is always changing and is ceaselessly compelling to me; I have learned to lean into what feeds me.
I’m an avid hiker, finding beauty to be the best motivator to move, and mental health to be the best side-effect of motion. I studied nutrition to become an Registered Dietary Nutritionist for similar reasons—the interplay of fuel and art; the way that food is inherently a relationship between morality and community.
